How do I return/exchange a product?

How do I find the right size?

There is a size chart on each product page with garment measurements. We urge you to refer to the Size Chart to find your right fit before ordering.

Can I have a customized design printed on the t-shirts?

Yes! Acche Din Aagaye. Send us your designs or contact us to describe what you want and our designers will work on it to provide you the best customised design experience. Refer to our Customization page for further details.

Do you ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, we are not doing any International Shipments as of now. But we are working on it and will soon be able to ship Internationally.

What is the Shipping Charge?
Shipping is Free for all prepaid orders. For COD(Cash On Delivery) orders there is an additional charge of Rs.60 per order.

Prepaid Orders VS COD(Cash on Delivery)?
Prepaid orders are easier/safe to handle instead of Cash orders(especially during the on-going COVID-19 Pandemic). Both, the customers & the delivery persons are prone to COVID-19 risk by exchange of Cash.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking information on purchase completion.

When do I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched in 2 to 4 working days. Holidays and bank holidays might affect this time. When the order is shipped you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. After shipment it generally takes 4 to 8 working days depending on your location. 

Accepted payment methods?

We accept most of the widely used payment methods including, Credit/Debit Cards, PayTM and Google Pay(UPI) etc.

All the payments on our site are fully secured using PAYUMONEY payment gateway.

All prices mentioned on our store are Indian Rupees(INR).

What about Local Taxes?

Currently we offer all the products with all the related taxes included in the prices mentioned(unless otherwise mentioned with any particular exceptions).
So, you pay what you see and nothing extra.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to register to place an order, but you need to provide a valid e-mail address, valid physical address &  contact details when placing an order.

Can I cancel/change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible by chatting with us or email or calling us.

Can I add items to my order?

Unfortunately not. You cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order with the extra items and contact us. 

Did my order go through?

An order confirmation e-mail is sent immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail, and add to your contact book for future purchases.

How do I use a discount code?

The discount code is entered at the time of checkout. 

My order hasn't been delivered over a week(7 working days).
